ANGELES CITY, PAMPANGA – If you happen to be looking for the ultimate water adventure this summer without having to fly or drive long distances, you might want to check out newest attractions at the Fontana Leisure Park.
Its Water Theme Park includes three new spots sure to give kids an awesome experience for water-related activities.
The Cottage Water Slide is one of its up and coming facilities that has been drawing crowds inside this 45-hectare recreation site. It features three kiddie slides linked with railed bridges and ladders, allowing kids to climb up and slide down to the pool.
The best part of this area is the giant bucket placed on top of the slides. Children would wait at the bottom until the bucket fills up–just in time for the perfect photo when the water makes a huge splash over them.
If just sliding doesn’t make the cut, then let the kids do stunts at the newly-refurbished Kiddie Pool.
The girls can play the see-saw after a dip while the boys can go for water sports in its make-shift monkey bar or holding on to the nets ala military style while jumping from one inflatable step to another.
For the young teens, the Big Horn offers an adrenaline-rush experience apart from the Fontana’s famous 8-pattern Wave Pool.
They get to ride inside a float and slide 90-degrees, side by side inside a tunnel and straight to the pool.
Its other mainstay attractions–like the three Giant Slides, Pirate Ship and Dinosaur Island–are still open for the guests to enjoy.
Make sure to try out their Lazy River, which gives guests a 500-meter tour of the entire park while on a rubber float.
The weekday rates are priced at P375 and P475 every weekends plus a P50 meal stub which can be used at the food houses found inside the Water Theme Park.
In-house guests, meanwhile, are given complimentary passes for the entire day, including extended operation hours during the summer period.
