BACLAYON, BOHOL – Baclayon Church is one of the oldest churches in the country but it’s the stories behind its centuries-old existence that are fascinating to discover.
Also known as the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, it is considered the second oldest church in the Philippines next only to San Agustin Church in Intramuros, Manila, which was built in 1571.
