LIPA, BATANGAS–One of the traditions that Filipino Catholics follow during the Lent is the Visita Iglesia, which means “church visits” in Spanish.
For Catholics, it is a way of commemorating the sacrifices of Jesus Christ. The faithful go to different churches and say prayers while following the Stations of the Cross.
