The hotel attached to the resort is a big let down. For 5000php, they could not give you a decent room, faucets are faulty, food is served cold, and no privacy. The staff would open your room without letting you know to show your room to new guests. There are no phone lines to the reception so you’ll have to walk to them to get a lot of excuses why they cant serve you. The pools may be good but stay away from the hotel.
