CEBU CITY, CEBU- Visitors have begun flocking the Basilica del Sto. Niño as the Sinulog Festival draws near. This early, devotees have begun their daily novenas in the church, as the crowd swells with tourists and locals.
Vendors are busy preparing for the festivities and getting ready to cater to those wanting to buy religious items. They ply their trade and the image of the Sto. Niño is seen in almost every corner of this historical basilica.
