MANILA CITY, METRO MANILA— Every year, in time for the Feast of the Black Nazarene, you will encounter interesting characters but none more colorful than the guy who claims to be the Kristong Hari (Christ The King) and his cohorts.
They are often stationed in Plaza Miranda, fronting the entrance to Quiapo church.
