The same applies to any actual or alleged intellectual property right infringement of all content that you submit or a third party submits on your behalf or a third party using your account without your knowledge.

Should any breach of the Editorial and Community Guidelines be revealed, the user’s account is subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of the company. The company reserves the sole right to determine whether or not an action by the user is in violation of the said guidelines or by these Terms of Use.

The user also affirms that he or she is of legal age (18 years old and above) upon availing of the website’s registration-based services. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Filquest Media Concepts, Inc. in cases where any falsified information have been inputted into the website’s registration fields. loQal reserves the right to use submitted content as it deems appropriate. The company reserves the right to delete, reject or refuse to post any submitted content. The website shall not be obligated to store, archive, maintain or provide copies of submitted content to the user or any party in the event content is deleted or removed from the website.

The user also agrees not to use any robot, spider or other automated means to access the website without our express permission. The exception to this is when you access our RSS feeds. Moreover, the user is not allowed to take any action that unreasonably places a large load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper operations of the website and the company’s regular conduct of business.

The user is not allowed to create multiple user accounts with the intention of artificially inflating loQal’s article voting system, page views, comments, or any other services of the website.
