MARIKINA CITY, METRO MANILA—The heavy downpour did not dampen the lively spirit of athletes and students during the opening ceremonies of the University Athletics Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 74.
The perfect attendance of 4,000 athletes from the eight participating universities signified strong commitment to this year’s theme, “All heart, all out”.
