SAN JUAN, LA UNION – Marie Tereze Lumdang is a natural-born surfer. When she was four, she was more excited to spend time at the beach than play with Barbie dolls at home.
At only six years old, she’s showing a lot of promise as a competitive surfer – she was the women’s singles champ in the Baler Beginner’s Cup last April, winning over other surfers twice her age.
