PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA – For Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Brandon “The Truth” Vera, the word “surrender” is never in the vocabulary of mixed martial arts or MMA fighters.
“If you’re a fighter you never back down. If you do, you shouldn’t be fighting,” says the Fil-American mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter.
