QUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA— Almost every team in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) have foreign-born players in their roster.
The rising number of foreign-born players has prompted league officials to study whether there is a need to regulate the entry of foreign players.
