PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA – Alex Albano believes getting into sports is still one of the best ways to counter the worsening drug problem among the Filipino youth.
“The problem of drugs is so big in the Philippines because the government is wasting millions of funds sa mga bagay na walang katuturan (on less important things),” says the 57-year-old skateboarder.
