PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA—A new solar cell manufacturing plant to be established in the country is expected to produce 400 megawatts worth of solar wafers each year.
First Philippine Electric Corp. (First Philec) is putting up the wafer slicing plant in partnership with Korean company Nexolon Corp.
