BIÑAN, LAGUNA — The observance of the National Heroes Day remains relevant to young Filipinos even though it is often perceived as just another national holiday.
Declaring National Heroes Day a national holiday is not enough, according to Rosauro Sta. Maria, executive director of the United Artists for Cultural Conservation and Development City of Biñan Inc.
