PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA–President Benigno Aquino III defended the country’s weather bureau, saying the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) is capable of providing reliable hourly weather updates.
“Like other government officials, I am receiving the same hourly updates (from Pagasa) at kailangan lang ay magpakahinahon tayo,” President Aquino said in a press briefing Wednesday, in light of Tropical Storm Juaning currently traversing Luzon.
