QUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA- The Year of the Metal Rabbit will be a good year for the love and business, according to feng shui expert Aldric Damulpines.

But not everyone would be lucky this year, depending on your zodiac sign.

While the year may be good for most signs in the Chinese zodiac, Dalumpines warns born under the signs of the rat, rooster and rabbit to be “more careful because it is their unlucky year.”

Those who are luckiest this year are people born under the sign of the sheep (with a bullish eight-year good luck starting this year), horse, pig and ox. Those who should watch their health people born under the dog and snake signs.

Below is Dalumpines’ forecasts for each zodiac sign.

Rat (born in 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996, and 2008). After several years of luck, now is a cautious year heading for worst times. President Benigno Aquino III, who is a metal rat himself, is no wonder in dire straights with his love life and career.

Ox (born in 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997 and 2009). Go for your dreams as your luck continues its bull run this year. You will be up for a year of good career, love and bliss in life. See how former president Joseph Estrada, who is born under this sign, is living a cool, quiet life and is currently expanding his private businesses.

Tiger (born in 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1973, 1986, 1998, and 2010). The year 2011 brings average luck. A word of warning though, watch your temper this year as you are prone to invite fights or create enemies because of your aggressiveness. Drink lots of water to cool down your heels and head.

Rabbit (born in 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987 and 2011). It is not a lucky year because the same birth signs cancels luck. Since a metal rabbit is characterized to be abrasive, tread carefully as the year cancels your fortunes in health and wealth. To counter this, use shirts, bags or items with a dragon design for good luck.

Dragon (born in 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988 and 2012). People born under this sign will have average luck this year for the first nine months. Do not be in a hurry with your plans as your life energies are low and will be headed for a worst turn by year-end, when the Dragon sign creeps in and overlaps with the Rabbit by October. People born under this sign include Dolphy and former president Fidel Ramos.

Snake (born in 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001). Those born under this sign will progress this year but will face health problems, especially those whose work is prone to a lot of stress and fatigue. While wealth is okay, remember that health is wealth, too. People born under this sign include Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim and Ilocos congressman Imelda Marcos.

Horse (born in 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990 and 2002). This is one of four luckiest signs this year. Luck continues for the next five years so proceed with your endeavors as success favors bold horses into double prosperity and progress this year. People born under this sign include boxing icon Manny Pacquiao, Vice President Jejomar Binay and Bong Revilla.

Sheep (born in 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991 and 2003). This is also one of four luckiest signs this year. This year marks teight years of good luck provided that they manage their feng shui properly. People born under this sign include actor-politican Edu Manzano and Senator Lito Lapid.

Monkey (people born in 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992 and 2004). Those born under this sign will recover their luck after their worse year in 2009.

Rooster (born in 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, and 2005). This the worst year for people under this sign. Navigate your way to lessen this bad luck using feng shui in your home and office. People born under this sign include Senator Bongbong Marcos and San Juan Congressman JV Ejercito.

Pig (born in 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 2007). This is also one of luckiest signs this year. Good luck from last year will continue and double this year. People born under this sign include former president now Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Senator Loren Legarda.
