I CALLED HOTLINE AND COMPLAINED WHY YOUR AGENTS DO NOT REPORT PAYMENT OF BILL IF PAID SO CUSTOMER WILL NOT SUFFER THE ADVERSE CONSEQUENCE. WE ARE CUSTOMERS AND WE HAVE FAMILIES TO FEED MUCH MORE THAT A SICK PERSON IS ATTENDED. THE PERSON AT THE RECEIVING END SAID THEY WILL DISPATCH TECHNICIANS TO RECONNECT WATER. UNTIL NOW AT 630PM NO SOUL IS IN SIGHT TO FIX AN ERROR. WHAT IS THIS!
WE HAVE COMPLAINTS BEFORE ABOUT OUR BILLING AND ABOUT OUR METER AND IT SEEMS THEY HAVE REACHED ON DEAF EARS.
