MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA – The Philippines is still falling short from achieving its Millennium Development Goals (MDG) despite extensive programs aimed at improving the country’s healthcare, education, and poverty levels.
The MDG include a number of guidelines that governments must undertake to reach its goal of improving basic services from healthcare to education until 2015.
