PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA— A wedding is considered to be the milestone event in a woman’s life. However, it is common knowledge among husbands and brides-to-be that planning and executing one’s dream wedding can become costly.

But for events coordinator Cathy Ebuen, any couple can have that dream wedding without having to burn a huge hole in their pockets.

“There are a lot of couples who wants to have a wedding ceremony but would opt not to because they can’t afford to have one,” she says.

This led her, along with two of her best friends, to put up Events and Embassy owing to their common interest of setting-up small gatherings for their family and friends on a tight budget.

“This business for us really started as a hobby. We learned the ins and outs of the coordinating industry through self-learning like attending seminars. The feedback we received encouraged us to pursue full-time with the profession,” Cathy shares.

Events and Embassy prides itself for being able to flex their coordinating expertise for just how much a client can spend.

“Our group can find the means. We want our clients to feel satisfied with how their celebrations turn out, knowing that money is not an issue. It may not be the grandest of events but the quality is definitely there,” she says.

Their services vary from full coordination and planning to one-time consultations for every event or occasion.
