DAVAO CITY, DAVAO— The local government said it will include electronic-cigarettes (e-cigarettes) in its city-wide smoking ban.
According to Dr. Domilyn Villareiz, chief of the Davao Anti Smoking Task Force, using an e-cigarette still emulates the act of smoking. “If we allow these e-cigarette smokers, it is like tolerating the acts of smoking,” Villareiz said.
