MANILA CITY, METRO MANILA— Health is wealth so for your New Year’s resolution, add habits that will make an impact on your weight and overall health to reduce your risk for cancer.
According to the C Network, a group advocates cancer education and awareness Filipinos should practice healthy eating habits, particularly during the holidays.
The group further said based on a report from The National Cancer Institute, about one-third of all cancer deaths are related to what we eat.
