MANDALUYONG CITY, METRO MANILA – Most people think they’re toys, but the work that goes into putting together a scale model is nothing to laugh about. It takes hours, if not months, of painstaking cutting, gluing, painting and detailing to create a model.
In fact, scale modelling is nothing short of being an art form in itself. Scale models are miniaturized forms of basically anything, from houses, cars, planes, boats and are composed of either plastic or wood. Some of the most favorite model kits are military vehicles and commercial cars or planes.
