…THEY RUINED MY KID’S PARTY TODAY!!! (Jan.25), I paid them the full amount early this month for a mascot to appear on my kid’s party in school and reminded them a lot of times that the mascot needs to be there by 9am because class ends at 10, so time is very limited but mascot never came…that mascot was the birthday gift that my child requested for and was the only highlight of the one-hour party but that mascot never came..and the owner was claiming that they’ve been in the business for 10 years…wow, really?!!!!!
