BORACAY ISLANDS, AKLAN–If going on a food trip is part of your must-do activities when in Boracay, then you might want to drop by and explore the delectable dishes served at the Garden Café.

The Garden Café at the Boracay Garden Resort offers foodies a choice of both local and international dishes prepared exclusively by an all-Filipino ensemble headed by Chef Dario Roxas.

The menu boasts of a wide selection of cuisines such as Japanese sushi and sashimi, prawn tempura, and chicken yakitori. The Chinese ala carte ranges from the classic Yang Chow Fried Rice, Fried Chicken in Lemon Sauce to the much-raved Lechon Macau, Kai-lan with Garlic and the Polonchay Seafood Soup.

To cap the meal, the Black Sesame Ice Cream is also a must-try.

If your taste buds are craving for local or native food, make sure to sample their seafood selections like the Grilled Stuffed Squid, Fish Escabeche, and Shrimp Fritters which are guaranteed cooked fresh from the day’s catch.

This136-seater restaurant serves daily buffet breakfast and ala carte meals for both guests and non-guests in an al fresco dining experience, situated by the resort’s pool side.

The Garden Café and its amenities also cater to social gatherings and occasions such as weddings, debuts, anniversaries and other celebrations.
