TAYABAS, QUEZON – Lambanog isn’t an ideal alcoholic drink if you want to stay up late. Usually the first few gulps of this rancid beverage will be enough to knock down a man.
But then again that’s just exactly why drinking it is an experience, inebriating to say the least. Never mind how powerful it is but lambanog truly is a man’s drink. But for the drinking connoisseur, a few ounces of lambanog is an experience.
