NAGA CITY, CAMARINES SUR— Chef Romeo Miralles believes there are a lot of ways to make simple yet nutritious dishes by using ingredients such as malunggay leaves.
Take for example his specialty dish cream white dory wrapped in malunggay leaves with snow peas and carrots that he regularly serves to restaurant customers of San Bernardino Farm Resort.
