NAGA CITY, CAMARINES SUR—A gastronomical journey to this famous city in the Bicol  region would be incomplete if you don’t sample a bowl of kinalas served in most local eateries.

Jeff Abayon, a native of Naga who served as my guide during a recent trip to his hometown, says kinalas is a Bicol delicacy served only in Naga and never fails to satisfy hungry visitors.
