Sinigang is a soup-based dish made sour either by tamarind, tomatoes or kamias (a native fruit). Or you can simply pick up a pouch of powdered sinigang mix from any supermarket and you’re all set.
Peachy, a self-confessed food lover who is based in Switzerland, shares this recipe below on cooking pork sinigang. Her recipes are accompanied by short videos in her blog.

PROCEDURE:
Bring to boil the rice water, then add the onions, the tomatoes, the pork, a pinch of grounded black pepper, the salt and cook until meat is tender.
