BASEY, SAMAR–Delza Morales found a great reason to start anew in the Philippines after her stint as an overseas Filipino worker (OFW) ended.
Delza used to work in a hotel in Kuwait, but later decided to go back home to help her aging parents. On her way home, a fellow balikbayan asked about the hand-woven bag Delza was using. The balikbayan was delighted of the native product which came from Delza’s home province of Samar.
