MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA – With tablet PCs expected to grow globally, rival mobile services providers Smart Communications and Globe Telecom have begun offering pre-orders of the BlackBerry PlayBook.
This would be the second tablet PC offering by Smart after it initially announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Likewise, Globe had been offering the Apple iPad and Huawei S7 tablet PCs since early this year.
