MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA – More private partnerships can boost tourism in the country considering the meager national budget allotted for domestic tourism, the Department of Tourism (DoT) said.
DoT Undersecretary for Tourism, Planning and Promotions Daniel Corpuz said the agency welcomes and supports initiatives of private institutions while the DoT is in the process of earmarking a request to Congress to increase the current budget of P10 million for domestic tourism
