MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA – IBM has been harking its Smart City campaign, which revolves around government administrations having to manage their cities with technologies that increases efficiency and delivery of service.
In IBM’s idealized smart city, key government services are all capable of responding quickly to the needs of the citizens. For instance, the city-wide security systems such as security videos can detect dangerous situations and respond to law enforcement.
