QUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA – Aside from being a shopping mecca, SEAIR is also hoping to entice Filipinos to indulge in upcoming cultural festivals in the former British colony.
South East Asian Airlines (SEAIR) announces one-way Hong Kong fares for as low as $25 (or approximately 1100 pesos).
The airline will start its daily Clark-Hong Kong-Clark flights on March 14. Clark to Hong Kong flights are from 7:20 to 9:15 p.m. while Hong Kong to Clark flights are from 9:45 to 11:40 p.m.
Starting April 15, 2011, SEAIR will be flying twice daily to Hong Kong from Clark with an additional daily flight from Clark to Hong Kong from 7:50 to 9:45a.m. and Hong Kong to Clark from 10:25a.m. to 12:20p.m.
This March, Hong Kong is holding the annual Hong Kong Flower Show at Victoria Park. The show is popular among tourists and locals alike as well as gardening fanatics and photography enthusiasts with its guided tours, flower-selling stalls, and photo competition.
In April, the city will celebrate the Tin Hau Festival, held at the fishing town of Sai Kung and in towns and villages around Hong Kong through colorful floats, fireworks, lion dances, and sailing of gaily-decorated sampans or flat-bottomed Chinese boats in Victoria Bay.
SEAIR is the country’s second-oldest airline and flies to local destinations Boracay (Caticlan), Basco (Batanes), El Nido, Tablas (Romblon), Cebu, Clark, Taytay (Palawan), Kalibo (Aklan) and most recently Vigan.
