QUEZON CITY, METRO MANILA— Marikina City Representative Marcelino Teodoro has proposed banning parking fees in malls, hotels and other public areas.

Teodoro criticized the excessive collection of fees by these establishments that take advantage of parking space for commercial use.

    more powe to cong teodoro, pushed it! I knew two malls who doesnt charge parking fees 1. is ever gotesco in Commonwealth and the other one is SMFairview QC…
    sumisingil din ay mga hospital at palengke ganyan din sila, mabuti na lang meron Cong Teodoro na nakaisip ito….salamat we will support you sir!
