MANILA CITY, METRO MANILA – Immediately after a news report loosely associating the growing cybersex industry to the offshore outsourcing industry in the Philippines, an organization of outsourcing firms denounced links to such underground operations.
In a statement, Business Process Association of the Philippines (BPAP) President and chief executive Oscar Sañez denied that there is a connection between legitimate outsourcing to cybersex.
