MANILA CITY, METRO MANILA – Filipinos often troop to Dangwa to buy flowers in remembrance of departed loved ones this All Soul’s Day.
Dangwa is not actually a place, but the name of a bus company that often transports flowers mainly from Baguio City to Manila. Since Dangwa is synonymous to flowers, most Filipinos refer to it when going to this flower market in Dos Castillas Street.
