MAKATI CITY, METRO MANILA – For a lot of Filipinos, the onset of September marks what is touted as the longest longest Christmas season anywhere, which happens only in the Philippines.
For the next four months, malls, with numerous shops and groceries stores, will be adorning their walls with Christmas decorations and this early, start playing Christmas carols. What’s more likely is that from now, malls will hold pre-Christmas sales more regularly.
