BAGUIO CITY, BENGUET -  With the theme “Tradisyon at Inobasyon (Tradition and Innovation)”, this year’s nationwide arts festival will highlight the country’s best art works in the fields of visual and dramatic arts, literature, music, cinema, and architecture.

At the launch of the festivities in Baguio City, one of the host cities of the event,  National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Deputy Executive Director Marlene Ruth Sanchez said the event aims to meld traditional techniques with contemporary arts.
