PASAY CITY, METRO MANILA – This yearly gathering serves as a coming out party for tattoo artists and more importantly, for their loyal clientele.
“It has always been Dutdutan’s goal to erase the stigma attached to tattooing and the people who have tattoos. We are trying to uplift the image of this people and the art,” says Arvin Espeleta, merchandising head of Tribal Gear.
